Terms & conditions

Terms of using our service

Plain terms covering how enquiries, tuition arrangements, fees and scheduling work with us.

Last updated: February 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to home tuition enquiries and arrangements made with Santhosh Home Tuitions.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or sending an enquiry to Santhosh Home Tuitions, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

The nature of our service

We arrange home tuition by matching a parent’s requirement with a tutor we consider suitable. Tuition takes place at the student’s home, at a time agreed between the family and the tutor.

Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a tuition arrangement. A tuition arrangement begins only once a tutor, schedule and terms have been mutually confirmed.

Enquiries and availability

We respond to enquiries based on tutor availability at the time. Availability varies by class, subject, board, locality and timing, and we cannot guarantee that a suitable tutor will be available for every requirement.

Where we cannot serve a requirement, we will say so rather than making a commitment we cannot keep.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about the student’s class, board, subjects and locality so we can assess the requirement properly.
  • Ensure that enquiries are made by a parent or guardian.
  • Provide a safe, suitable and appropriately supervised space at home for tuition sessions.
  • Communicate schedule changes, absences or concerns promptly and directly.

Fees and payments

Fees depend on the class, subjects, number of sessions per week and the locality involved. Fees are discussed and agreed before tuition begins, so that both sides are clear from the start.

We do not publish a fixed price list on this website, because a single rate would not honestly represent the range of requirements we handle.

Scheduling and cancellations

Session timings are agreed between the family and the tutor. Where a session needs to be rescheduled by either side, we ask for reasonable notice so that an alternative can be arranged.

Repeated cancellation or non-availability may affect the continuity of a tuition arrangement.

Academic outcomes

Tuition supports a student’s learning; it does not guarantee a particular mark, grade, rank or examination result. Progress depends on the student’s own effort, attendance, consistency and existing preparation, alongside the support provided.

We do not make guarantees about results, and we would ask you to be cautious of anyone who does.

Conduct and discontinuation

We expect respectful conduct between families and tutors. We reserve the right to discontinue an arrangement where conduct, safety or payment obligations are not being honoured, or where continuing would not be in the student’s interest.

Use of this website

The content, text, layout and branding on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use the enquiry form to send spam or unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from a tuition arrangement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date shown at the top of this page indicates the most recent change.
